Product sold that is preorder, items on sale or purchased by using a promotional code are not entitled to be returned or refunded.
Please note that the refund mode is only available for store credit refund only. This store credit will be credited into your account as points and you can use the store credit in your next purchase with us.
We only accept returns and exchanges on any garment that is unworn, unwashed and still fitted with all security tags and labels attached.
Exchange size or product will be accepted within 7 days from received date.
We will check the condition of the item(s) before we ship out. If in any case that the items you received are faulty, please take pictures or videos and contact us through WhatsApp or DM instagram for our perusal.
*Defective conditions do not include damages caused by your personal accident, abusive action, improper utilisation or any careless behaviour.
