SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic 

All our domestic deliveries are handled by J&T Express/ DHL E-commerce/ Parcelhub 

Enjoy free shipping within Malaysia on orders above RM300 (Terms and Conditions apply). 

Standard shipping fees:

West Malaysia RM8

East Malaysia RM15

Order placed Monday - Friday before 1:00pm are shipped on the same day. Order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up the item at our store, but please make sure to inform us in advance. (only in Penang)  WhatsApp +60125978735 / DM us. 

International

All our international deliveries are handled by DHL/ FedEx /SF Express.

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping rates will be determined based on the estimated weight of your order and the zip code. Custom duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges as stated. Please note that all import duties or taxes charged by your home country are liable by the customers.

Jemeus will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful delivery due to reasons such as customer provide the wrong details/informations.

All orders will be process and shipping out within 1-3 business days. For preorder or made to order collection, please allow us take 2-3 weeks for the production and delivery of your items.
