Products sold that are exclusive items, preorder, items on sale or purchased by using a promotional code are not entitled to be returned or refunded.
Please note that the refund mode is only available for store credit refund only. This store credit will be credited into your account as points and you can use the store credit in your next purchase with us.
Exchange size or product, refund credit to store will be accepted within 7 days from received date. Return and Exchange only be made one time per order number.
We only accept returns and exchanges on any garment that is unworn, unwashed and still fitted with all security tags and labels attached.
